At Kitsydoo, we want you to feel confident shopping with us and we’re committed to making things right if something goes wrong.
Returns
Because many of our products are shipped directly from our suppliers, we only accept returns in certain cases. We do not accept returns for:

incorrect size or color chosen by the customer

delays caused by shipping carriers
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@kitsydoo.com.
To help us resolve the issue quickly, include:

a description of the issue

clear photos of the item and packaging
If approved, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds
Refunds are only issued for items that are confirmed to be:

damaged
-
defective
-
incorrect
-
lost in transit where confirmed by the carrier
Approved refunds will be sent back to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Cancellations
Orders may only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase. After that, your order may already be processed and sent to our supplier.
